Lia Hyundai of Enfield

Sales was terrible. Attitude of salesman was non-chalant. No forthcoming information - I had to pull everything out of him. Bought a one year old mini van - and was never told until all papers were signed that the remote was lost - and they were only giving me one key, with no ability to remotely unlock doors. Had I know beforehand, I would have made a different decision about negotiated price, since these cost a few hundred dollars. When I contacted the sales manager to ask them to make it right, he not only refused, but was insulting and rude. Horrible customer service!
