Hoffman Lexus

I am writing to compliment Mark Pfahler, the most delightful young man who recently helped us purchase our new Lexus at Hoffman Lexus. Now many people would think that the terms “delightful” and “car salesman” in the same sentence would seem like an oxymoron, but that was certainly not the case here. Mark greeted us with a smile, and all throughout our interaction with him he was genuinely friendly, caring, poised and professional. And may I add that he is also a very good person. As customers, we were quite picky, but this left Mark undaunted. Mark is most definitely a “people person.” This comes across in his attitude, and his style of salesmanship made the experience so enjoyable I wish we could go back tomorrow and buy another car from him, and another and another. I will recommend Mark to all of my friends who are in the market for a new car and a pleasant experience. I could go on, but I will end here by saying that I hope Mark sees this review and in reading this praise knows how very much we appreciate him. –Pat and Fred Mottola
