I bought a certified pre-owned Lexus in June . My sales consultant, Bill Jones, used no pressure tactics. I looked at other cars and returned satisfied it was a great deal. He quickly arranged for some repairs to the body and even replaced the batteries in the key remote. Upon delivery, he went through the entire operation of the car. Even after the sale, he quickly returned my calls when I had questions. I will look no further than Hoffman Lexus and Bill Jones when I buy my next car, and have already referred friends and family.
