I recently purchased a used gmc sierra from stephens auto mall. I brought it in for service to correct a leaking brake line fitting, aswell as a power steering leak. Instead of replacing the brake line fitting, they replaced the entire line, which tells me they care about doing service correctly the first time. Sure they could have replaced the fitting to stop the leak but they elected to do it the right way the first time. Same with the power steering leak, they could have put a bandaid on it to stop the leak, but they didnt, they replaced the entire steering box! Awesome service! They even set me up with a loaner car as my wifes car was in another shop and this truck was our only transportation at the time. This was the most pain free experience I've had at any service dept in my life. Kudos to Don B the service manager, and everyone else at the service dept, from the front desk to the mechanics. They truly care about their customers and do great quality work. My wife and I thank you! In the car industry you always hear bad story's and very few good storys, I guess because if people are satisfied they dont go out of their way to talk about it, but when they arent satisfied they tell everyone. Well take it from me, this was by far a great, painless, positive experience I had with the service dept!
