Service-Recalls and New Tires

I went in for an oil change and recall. Upon arrival Jason let me know I desperately needed new tires. He got me a quote and we moved forward. It was taking a long time so they gave us a ride home. My husband picked it up the next day ready to go. The total was different than the charge so I texted the next day. The general manager and service manager called and immediately fixed the error and gave us a refund on the spot. Excellent service overall as always!
