Feeling your pain

We also went into Kia with high hopes. After making us promises and asking us to fulfill other financial promises they turned around and said that they couldn't live up to their end of the bargain. I feel like I've been conned with the old "Bait and Switch" technique, where they basically told us that we could have the car we wanted if we came up with more money, which we already told them was impossible, so they offered to put us into something that was much smaller for the same price. We are so upset right now because we feel that they are trying to force us to make a financial decision that we know that we will have a difficult time to fullfill, and seeing that we are a couple trying to rebuild our credit we feel that this company is really trying to take advantage of us! This is a pity, because with the economy the way it is, the last thing that a company wants is to be labled untrustworthy, and I am saying that they are, UNTRUSTWORTHY! So BUYER BEWARE AT GRAND KIA ON 104TH AVE, THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM!

It took a lot of talking on both parts, and we almost gave back the car, but so far we have been able to work out a deal with the dealership that is possible for us. What I like the most is that the owner signed off on a negotiation that asks almost as much from them, as they do from us. That makes me a little more comfortable with this company because they are attempting to make ammends. I will say that the new negotiation will benefit us very much in the end, if the terms of the agreement stand as it is. So I will say this: We are satisfied that this company is giving us a chance, because we feel like we are also taking a chance with them. I'm hoping that this situation has a happy ending for both sides. We will keep this site posted...
