EchoPark Automotive Denver (Thornton)

I had a car that I wanted to sell outright, and Echo Park gave me a good offer before I made an appointment to come in. I was expecting the entire process to only take about an hour, but in reality it took just over two. However, it was a Friday afternoon and the place was packed with customers and employees. I was pleased with the efficiency that they had with the car inspection and offer, but less so with the overall time it took to get my final check. That being said, both Jared, our sales professional, and his manager Rich were great at checking in and communicating updates. I do feel like they kept things moving along as best as they could considering the volume of customers and working with their headquarters to get a check cut. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to anyone either selling their car or looking to buy one. They had a large inventory of vehicles and a well staffed operation to take care of your needs. They also have a lot of seating areas, TVs, Coffee bar and waters along with a play area for kids. They seem to have thought of everything.
