After spending 4 hours working with a salesman on the purchase of a truck they literally sold the vehicle to someone else while we were running to the bank for the cashiers check he requested. We had the PO and were in constant communication with him while we ran to the bank. He took our check and asked us to hang out while he finished preparing the paperwork. And then they let us know, “oops, sorry,” we sold it to someone else. Incidentally the truck was still at the dealership and they had given us the keys. All we got from the manager was “sorry, there is nothing we can do.”
