Dealership Service Review
We took our SUV in on Thursday night so they could look at it first thing Friday morning. We had to call Friday afternoon to see what was going on and they were just looking at it. They did call and let us know what it needed. We authorized it to be fixed. At 6:30 that night I called and left a message for the service agent to let us know if it was done. We heard nothing. Saturday at noon I called again and they said it was done at 5 the night before (which really inconvenienced our family). When we went to pick it up, they hadn't even bothered to wash it and said it would take another 10 minutes to get it washed. No apologies, no nothing. I have been a loyal GM customer for over 30 years and this is the worst service I have ever received.
