Ryan Armstrong was welcoming and very helpful. I was looking for a new vehicle and he asked some great questions to help narrow the search. Then I test drove a model that interested me. I had arrived without an appointment, but he never rushed the discussion or the test drive. I decided a short time later that I wanted to test drive another model with a larger engine. This time I made an appointment. Again, great service and discussion. I bought the car that same day. The trade-in process was smooth and quick. I decided to finance, and again smooth and quick. I love my car, and this was a wonderful experience.
