Express Lane

onI would not call it the Express Lane. I was there 2+ hours. When my car was ready, the hood was not latched and the plastic wrap and floor paper still in the car. My service coordinator was great, friendly, apologetic for the wait. I am a long term customer, glad to see familiar faces still there. I would recommend more staff. I’ll be back again to see if I just hit a bad day for staffing.
