AutoNation Dodge Ram Broadway

This was my first time ordering a buying a new car. I thought it would go quicker not needing to haggle anything but everything still too forever. They were out of water and offered that I bought out of the vending machine. Also after spending all that money I had to buy a hat to get something car related. Other dealerships just grab something off the shelf for you. They were good at following up to make sure I didn't have any questions or issues but completely forgot about the extra tint I paid them to put on but hadn't. Also went in to ask questions about a service and transportation and everyone ignored me standing at the front desk so just took care of things myself. Pretty much my expectation of most dealerships these days.
