AutoAves uses a small team of people to work with each customer so if one person is out there is always a backup that knows your situation and what you're looking for and is able to help. That team kept one another informed and we didn't have to repeat ourselves with anyone. They were all knowledgeable and experienced. It's also nice that there is no haggling to worry about and we were able to get a brand new car without dealing with the pressure from the new car dealership.
