We got great assistance from Chad. Very easy. He let us test drive on our own, after which we left easily with no pressure to have lunch and discuss our options. From there on out we mostly just texted with Chad. At delivery, there was a repair that was to be done that wasn't to our satisfaction, But aside from the hassle to go back and have it done right, we were happy Chad willingly wrote a "We Owe" agreement for us. Really not at all like a typical dealership experience.
