I worked with Bob Marnick from the Internet Sales Department. I knew what kind of SUV I was looking for, but I didn't wake up thinking I would buy a car that day. Bob got me in for a test drive later afternoon. Bob and the Sales Manger worked with me on my trade-in and the purchase price to get me the monthly payment I needed to be at. The car needed detailing, so I drove off with a brand new Infiniti until my SUV was ready. A week after taking possession, the check engine light came on. It turned out just to be a faulty gas cap (which wasn't their fault, it even passed emissions testing a few days earlier). Mike Ward Infiniti took care of me and did the right thing, replaced the cap at no charge and even wash my car for me. When I'm ready to lease my next car, I know who I will be working with.
