Mike Ward INFINITI
Dealership Sales Review
Buying a used car means hard-sell, obnoxious sales people who care only about the bottom line, right? Nothing could be further from the truth at Mike Ward Infiniti in Highlands Ranch, Colo., where my wife and I recently traded in our 2008 G35x for a 2012 G37x. The features and online price for the G37x knocked our socks off, and Bob, C.J. and Chad treated us with respect and understanding throughout the process. The whole team at this dealership carries this philosophy. We were impressed to hear about the devotion these veteran salesmen share for the dealership's namesake, Mike Ward. In fact, we're highly impressed with his operations all around. As return customers, we were rewarded for our loyalty to the brand. We got the royal treatment with a great trade-in value and steps to make us even happier. For example, a missing floor mat was quickly replaced by a set of new mats at no cost to us. Details are important to these folks, and we greatly appreciate their attention. I would have no qualms about the treatment my wife would receive if she took the vehicle in for repair, though from our experience, those surprises just don't happen. This is our third Infiniti, and we're sold on the design, engineering and reliability. We'll be back to Mike Ward Infiniti in a couple of years, with enthusiasm. They have our highest recommendation because they earned it.
