AutoNation Subaru West
Dealership Service Review
I took my Subaru for maintenance at AutoNation Subaru West in Golden, CO. When I got home, I checked the invoice and my car that was serviced by Jacob C. I found several things wrong with my car after it was serviced: - The tire pressure in all four tires was 8-9 psi above what the owner's manual states. I had to let air out of all four tires. - The invoice noted that Jacob had filled the washer fluid reservoir. I could not see any washer fluid in the reservoir. I had to buy windshield washer fluid and fill it myself. - Another line item showed that Jacob rotated the tires, but they never asked me for the key to the tire locks (I had forgotten to give it to them). I don't know how he could have rotated the tires. I won't be getting my car serviced every again at AutoNation. The Better Business Bureau is showing seven complaints (not surprising after the poor service they did on my car)
