It’s great having a personal service manager, Ken Clements. He has been helping me since I bought the car in 2013. I can always count on and trust his recommendations. I had a regular service visit plus a new battery. I was greeted upon arrival and I waited for car using their waiting lounge which is comfortable with several amenities. Upon my departure I also received flowers. They handle the service in time discussed. Great place.
