My test drive experience was very informative with demonstrations of what happens if the car goes off the road and how well it handles the situation. I was then invited to go do my research on trade in values for my car and new prices for Outbacks. I came back in armed with information and felt like an informed consumer. Their trade in price for my car exceeded what my search said it was worth and their sales price for the outback was spot on. The purchase process was easy and the processor was very personable. I was given a tour of service so I would know where my car was going when I brought it in for service and dropped it off at the service desk. So far I am very happy with the car.
