AutoNation Subaru West

When filling out financing paperwork it was clear that I wanted to go through the my credit union. I gave them my routing number, account number, etc. They asked if they could give me a better APR would I go through their financing and I said no. A week ago I receive a statement in the mail from Subaru Motors Finance (Chase USA) for my first payment. I e-mailed & called asking to rectify this as they made an error and they said “You must have changed your mind at the last minute.” This was NOT the case. Upon further research, they receive a kickback if you finance through them. They have’t returned my calls. I have since called my credit union to refinance the loan at a lower APR but Chase bank needs to release the loan first.
