AutoNation Subaru West

The sales team Lied to me multiple times in the 45 minutes I was there. When I called them on their lies they got [non-permissible content removed] and hostile with me. A few of the lies I was told were; that my credit rating was 40 points lower than what it really was. They tried to use that to up a Loan interest for their profit. The reason I wanted a dealer loan was that Subaru was offering 1.9% apr for 60 months. The sales person "Eric" told me over and over that "no, Subaru was not offering 1.9% for 60 only 2.9% for 60". He guaranteed me that this was the case, until I called 4 other dealers. He then changed his tone and offered me 1.9% for 60 months. They also tried to cheat me on my trade in. Like I said before, when his tactics were not working he got very [non-permissible content removed](childish) and hostile. I ended up at Groove Subaru where the experience was much better, they did not lie to me once.
