Dealership Sales Review
This was the fifth Subaru purchased by our family and the sales person -- Sarah --couldn't have been more disappointing. When I first spoke with Sarah, I thought - - great -- a woman sales person and tried to stick with her for that reason. My mistake! Sarah doesn't return phone calls or provide follow-up on questions or concerns as promised.. She also doesn't have much knowledge about Subaru autos (or their sales) and has to keep referring to others for help. Initially, Sarah advised that she would give me a $500 discount if I purchased a car through her; she then conveniently forgot to include that discount in the sales contract. As a long-time Subaru fan, it's too bad that a poor sales person can deflate the excitement of a new car purchase.
