My experience with Hector Ramos was great with very smooth transitions. He helped me find my first car in 2014 as well he made sure everything worked perfectly in the car. I would totally recommend buying a vehicle at Bighorn Toyota in Glenwood Spring. I few days ago (08/15/16) I went to buy my second car and I got the opportunity to talk to Hector Ramos again. He answer all my question about the vehicle that I was buying. It was an awesome experience Hector is a good guy when it comes across in his dealings. He is the reason I came back for a 2nd time because I know that he can help me out to find the right car for me. Also I recommend Hector because he is bilingual, he can answer your question in Spanish or English.
