Stapp Interstate Toyota

Beginning with my call to the dealership to make an appointment to come it to drive a car, our experience at Stapp Interstate Toyota was the best dealership experience we have ever had. This from a guy how was a car salesman 24 years ago. The sales person was wonderful in their product knowledge, courteous and had a very nice sense of humor. We never felt any pressure and everything in the leasing process was explained to us in detail. The dealership facility is very expansive with lots of floor space and high ceilings, so even on a Saturday we felt comfortable. I pit Stapp against another dealership to assure I was getting the best deal, and they beat the other dealership's best quote by 6 1/2% with all taxes and fees included, in a process over several days that was very straight forward. I learned I didn't need to be afraid to walk in the doors of a dealership.
