Jim took the time to discuss my wants and needs for a SUV. We considered several different options and found the perfect vehicle for me! He also helped my daughter purchase her first car. He treated her with respect and as the customer without deferring to me which was so important for her to feel like she was making her own decision. Thank you Jim!
