I have bought a lot of cars over the years and its always a stressful experience. While searching for my new Lincoln, I reached out to a number of other dealers. Some did not respond, other gave me a quote and I never heard from them again, and some tried to sell me what I didn’t want. Nicki found the vehicle I wanted, and managed the pricing, the trade estimate, financing and all my special requests before I ever stepped foot in the dealership. Once in the dealership every person I met generally cared that I was satisfied, and I have never been in and out of finance and on the road in such a short time. The dealership has followed up with me several times since the sell to be sure I was happy. Don’t go anywhere else, this is the place to go.
