AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe

Great when making an appt. and coming in. Got 3x charged for diagnostics (1 per general concern) and nearly 4x for the services (in-comparison to a quote I received from another shop the week before). Lost trust in the department and wanted no services done at this point so I can take my vehicle elsewhere. They took off the 3x diagnostics charge and boiled it down to 1 at a cost of $220 (never been charged this much just to look at my car before). After all is said and done, they changed the oil and rotated my tires. I declined all work to be done once I asked about the original diagnostic charge of roughly $800 and yet I paid $600 for diagnostics and unapproved oil change with tire rotation. This is highway robbery and extortion at the very least. Based off my experience here I do not recommend this place to anyone. Left here losing over half $1000 for an oil change basically.
