AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe
Dealership Service Review
I brought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in to have the AC fixed. I tried recharging it myself with a $100 can and had no luck thinking there was a leak. I brought my Cherokee in to get the AC fixed telling them there was likely a leak. They did their inspection, exited any extra freon, put dye in the pipes/valves, and recharged the AC citing no leaks. $800ish later, I bring my Jeep back home and the AC seems to be working okay. The very next day I start it up and can hear the leak and the AC is again not working. I bring it back, they tell me it’s $2900 to fix it, and they will not cut the cost of the $800 I already paid for them to “fix” it stating it was because of something I said. I already got a new engine installed after having them service every oil change for 5-6 years. Seems odd no one found the metal flakes in my engine before my warranty was up! This Jeep and dealership has caused me so much headache lately and I will never recommend anyone ever get a Jeep because they are money pits
