AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe
Dealership Service Review
I would not recommend taking a vehicle here for service. I had my Jeep in for a gasket... when I picket it up and got it home, it was missing the engine cover, the winch was disconnected, an air hose was disconnected causing a check engine light, and the fuse box nut was so loose it lost all electrical power. When I called they said they'd order me a new engine cover and once it was in they'd make everything right. Fast forward 3 weeks... no call. So I fix the electrical myself, and just show up. They fixt the hose, so I can safely drive it, and ask me to come back the next day so they can get everything done and give me a tank of gas for my trouble. Next day, no one knows I'm coming... they take it in and get it done, but the engine cover is not new (already dirty) maybe they found mine? No gas. So I go back in and wait another 20 min... finally got the gas and a running jeep. TLDR: some good people, but they have no continuity of service, and poor capability to recover from the mistakes they will and do make because of this error. I'd steer clear. (pardon the pun) ;)
