I took my Jeep in for a safety recall service and also asked that they try to buff out a fluid stain on the front. They told me up front it might take two days, which I appreciate knowing how to plan. 'Topher' kept me in the loop that evening of how it was going, called me the next morning to let me know when I could pick up my car. They really took care of me and I'm happy with the results.
