a day late and a dollar short

onI had an early morning appointment for an oil change and some minor warranty work. I left my Jeep there for the day and got a ride to work. At 3pm, I called the service department and it sounded like they hadn't started any work yet, and they couldn't commit to having the work done by 4:30pm. They did call around 4:30pm to say the work was finished and I was able to pick the car up that evening. A couple days later, I noticed that the oil was leaking where I parked. I crawled underneath and tightened the oil drain plug to resolve the issue myself. This is not good service for a $300 (diesel) oil change.
