Very bad experience

onFirs, I waited 2 weeks in the line to even get to the service. Once I reached my place in the line the car was sittingn in the "internal line" for 4 days before it even got to thechician, and then it took them another 3 days to figure out the issue. After that they told me they need 10 days to order parts and put myself in the line again ... I was without a car for 1 week when my car was just sitting on their lot - they don't have loaners. This place is a joke. Stay away!!!
