These people are horrific with communication. I scheduled my initial service appointment with them on the 23rd at 8:30am. I had issues with my auto start/stop function, locking my door, and needed an oil change. This day was freezing cold so they told me they couldn’t test my battery, which is understandable. They also couldn’t fix the lock on my door because they didn’t have the part, which is also understandable. So tell me why it took them ALL DAY to only give me an oil change. They didn’t call me until 5:30pm to give me an update on my car. It took them 8 hours to only give me an oil change? When I came in the second time on December 31st at 8am I told them I wanted my car back that day. They have already been horrible with communication so I decided to give them a call around 2-3pm. Turns out they were closed for the holiday (New Years) and decided to keep my car for 2 days without my consent. I had specifically told them I wanted my car back because it is still functional, yet they just kept my car and I won’t be able to pick it up until Monday when they open again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NONE OF MY ISSUES ARE FIXED AFTER THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR 3-4 DAYS. I understand it takes time to fix things, I understand things may get crazy during the holidays. What is unacceptable is that they are keeping my car for DAYS without giving me any update. Just absolutely disrespectful.
