Poor service department

onFor the third time in 3 years they have failed to complete the requested services for routine maintenance. I scheduled an appointment for my recall and despite making an online appointment was told I would have to wait up to 4 days to even get my van looked at. I was able to get the recall done without the maintenance the next day, but when I got my car back the heated seats were not working. I was able to find the problem and repair it, but this was the third time they had failed to make the requested repairs.
