Not a great experience.

onRegarding the service department, I’ll be finding another place to take my Jeep. Not once have I had something fixed the first time, and never fixed 100%. My latest repair took three weeks with no offer of a loaner, and left me begging the service advisor for updates. I picked up my wrangler last night to find my headlights and fog lights not working. Car repairs are never fun, but my experience with this service department has been especially unpleasant.
