Mile High Acura

This was my second time around with Mile High Acura. Matthew Heintz was our first salesman in 2013, and a week ago, he took care of us a second time. He is very knowlegeable of the cars, very personable, and a joy to work with! He takes the time you need to make sure you are happy and comfortable in knowing how to operate these new cars before you leave the lot. I would highly recommend Matt Heintz as a super young man to get you the car that fits your wants and needs...also, thank you Erik Traeber, the Sales Manager, for understanding the situation I was in and doing his best to make sure I was a "satisfied customer". When they say "we" are their #1 priority, my experience is proof of that.....also, a "great" thank you to David Meltzer, the Service Manager! I had some issues with my 1st Acura MDX, and I cannot begin to express my gratitude to David for going the extra mile for me! He is a great person, a man of integrity, very dependable, and a very passionate man who wants to satisfy the people who walk in that door with an issue. I applaud you, David, and thank you so much! So, thank you to all who helped me get my new 2015 Acura MDX and come away with nothing but "thank you's" for Matt, Erik, and David! I am loving it!!!!!
