Mile High Acura
Dealership Sales Review
I have been remiss in submitting this review. In July 2017, I entered the dealership, Mile High Acura, and met with Matthew Heinz. Everyone knows buying a car can be time-consuming uncomfortable. Mr. Heinz made the process a pleasant experience. He basically interviewed me to determine what I was wanting and what I needed. As I signed the paperwork to complete the transaction, it occurred to me how wonderful it was to trust the salesman. I felt complete faith and trust in what I had done. Mr. Heinz then took me to meet the various individuals who I would encounter as I enjoyed the ownership of the new Acura. Within a month of owning the MDX, my feelings about the car became more deep. I knew Acura would have me as a customer/owner for the foreseeable future! Additionally, I knew Matt Heinz will be the man with whom I work to always have the car I am pleased to own/drive. As part of the introductions, I met with Mark Jarvis who would become my service advisor. Mark has been so accommodating when I brought the car in for the oil change. Even when I was confused about how to operate certain features, Mark took time to be certain I understood the intricacies of ownership. There is absolutely no reason to shop elsewhere! I recently was talking to a colleague about the purchase. I said, If I was out-of-state and looking to purchase an Acura, I would make it a point to get to Denver and work with Mile High Acura. I have never had such a pleasant, easy-going experience as I did with Mile High Acura, Matt Heinz and Mark Jarvis!
