Travis was our sales representative and he was amazing! Very helpful and understanding of what we were looking for. The first time we stopped in, one of the managers was insulting with the offer he made us on our trade, but Travis was very understanding of our frustration and understood that we would be selling our trade private party first. During that time he kept in touch with updates about the truck we originally looked as as well as similar trucks after the one we originally looked at sold. He even helped occupy our 2 boys during all of the credit checks and paperwork processes. I do wish there was an option to haggle a little on price, but overall the service we received was great and the pricing of the truck we bought was very fair and awesome compared to market value.
