Dealership Service Review
I brought my car in for an oil change and an overall wellness check. My check-in experience was good and the lobby staff was friendly. When my service tech came back with some repairs I wasn’t expecting, I tried to explain the history of my car in order to give the full scope and figure out what to do next. Not only did he say the battery corrosion was bad, even though it was minimal when we looked. He did not care about anything I had to say, kept cutting me off, and was not helpful in any way. Because of his exaggeration of the battery corrosion, it makes me doubt the severity of the rest of his claims. It really felt like he was trying to take advantage of me because I’m a young woman who isn’t a a total car buff. I don’t know if this is standard, but my repairs were even written in plain language “engine fluid dirty”. So i’m expected to go to another dealer and say that and expect them to also not take advantage of me? Ridiculous. Will not be bringing my car back here again.
