Subaru recall - Control Panel software upgrade

onNotification indicated that the upgrade would take approximately 40 minutes. Upon arrival, I was informed that service would be approximately 1 hour. It took over 2 hours! Recall notifications should indicate what processes will occur and possible challenges in such upgrades. In addition, nothing on the returned work order indicated specifically what modifications were done.
