My appt was at 3:45 but I got there early. According to my paperwork, Jason was the person who checked me in. He said it should only take an hour. 2. hours later I went to check on my car and another young man helped me. I am guessing Jason was already gone. There were some items that could have been taken care of that were not. I am disappointed that I was not consulted on these items as well as waiting longer than I needed to.
