Dealership Service Review
This survey is related to the service department, not Gustavo Rivera. He was very helpful. We had a 30k service performed. Here are the issues: they put 10.5 qts of oil in the car for which we had to have a different company fix because I couldn’t get my car back in fast enough. Second, we paid for a maintenance package which would have greatly decreased the cost of said service. Stephanie lied to us and said he HAD to pay full price, which we had no other choice. Then gus told me that we should have paid half!!! Seriously? Now this dealership has $350 of mine. So far no one has offered to give that back to my card. They want to add this to the trade in value... meaning I have to buy a car. This should be credited to my card. I’m going to call the GM to see if they will make it right. So far, I was offered a free oil change. Yeah, that’s not worth $350.
