Kayla was an excellent service representative. She was very helpful, communicative, and pleasant. She went above and beyond many times. She is the only reason I'd go back. Her manager and other team members can learn a lot from her skills. She should be recognized for her work, and service to the customer. She is a wonderful face for the brand and location. I was unhappy with the storage of my vehicle, and the resulting issues from it. Kayla made things right, and fixed the issue the resulted. One tip of advice! Treat the cars of your customers like you would want yours to be treated. We are not an ATM machine. We are hard working people like yourself. Kayla understood this, and is one of the only reason a positive review is happening.
