Tyler was easy to talk to and worked with me to reach a fair price on a vehicle that suited my needs. The only thing preventing a 5 star was that I paid for "Appearance Protection" which I was told was not optional, after reading the fine print after purchase it clearly states that it IS optional. Overall good experience though.
