My team at AutoNation Arapahoe was very professional and easy to work with. Juan was very patient with my questions from order to pickup, and also very communicative. He worked with the team to make trading in a leased Forester and getting a new Crosstrek a very enjoyable experience. They continue to follow up with me and offer excellent customer service. I look forward to working with them again. Overall, a pleasant and painless experience.
