Overall good experience. Strongly did not like that the price of the car (I bought used) was not negotiable. Only when I actually was about to walk away to find a better price at another dealership did they start to work with me. The financing process was easy, however, and the car that I got (Subaru crosstrek, 2016) is great. The staff was overall friendly and knowledgeable. I would suggest this place to a friend but would caution that they will have to fight to get a reasonable price.
