Horrible Repair Experience
Written by 11/02/2023
onI took my car in for a new alternator. In addition, I was told that I needed new suspension parts and after taking three weeks to get this work approved through Dodge's warranty department, I finally got my car back. Unfortunately, the technicians failed to notice the cracked brake calipers during inspection requiring over $1,000 worth of emergency brake repairs to be done. The technician claimed my brakes were "good" when clearly they were not. These guys did a horrible job and you would be better served having someone else work on your car.
