First and last time that I take my truck to Auto Nation Arapahoe. Took my truck to the appointment at 7:15AM and handed my keys to "Beth", who appeared to be new at the job. Gave her specific instruction of what needed to be done; Oil change, both fuel filter changed and to clear all recalls it had pending and to have them check the brakes. She mentioned that as part of the 30K inspection, they would also do a tire rotation and balancing, which I told her NOT TO DO, as the tires were brand new. That same afternoon around 4:00PM, a different lady called to advise that they were still working on the truck and that they were working on the manifold! When I asked why the manifold, the lady wasn't sure what the issue was, but after some back and forth, she figured she was calling on the wrong truck, but at least was able to get the info on my truck, as Beth never bothered to call to give me the status on my truck. Next day, I called around 2:30PM, I called again to check on the status of my truck, as I had no info from Auto Nation, and I was told that they were still working on the truck. Around 3:30PM, I finally received a call letting me know that the truck was ready, and when I showed up to pick it up, I find out that I had been charged $139.99 for tire-rotation and balancing which I DID NOT ask for. They also claim to have changed the oil and oil filter, however, the computer was never changed or reset to reflect the oil change, something that you would expect the dealer to do after performing an oil change, so at this point I am not sure if they did actually change the oil and bill me for it or if the work was actually done and they just failed to do the computer reset. At the end of the day, I was billed $945.00 for the crappiest service that I have ever received in my life (I’m 54). Rest assured that I will never set foot on your facility for anything ever again!
