I don't purchase vehicles very often. As a rule I hate car buying however Sam (a salesman) made it very easy and without pain. He didn't try any high pressure sales and answered all of my questions. What impressed me was when he didn't know the answer he said he didn't know and would find out. That response give me more confidence. I didn't make this sale easy on him. When I got to see the vehicle I thought I wanted...I didn't. He was very patient and worked very hard to find the vehicle that would meet my needs. An added bonus is that they agreed to sell me an extended warranty beyond what the manufacturer allows. With all of the computerized options, and considering the kind of luck I have with cars, I wanted to make sure that if anything went wrong it would be their problem....not mine. They now offer additional protection that covers everything from changing oil to deterring car theft. This dealership appears to really care about keeping their customers happy. Trust me, if I'm not happy "everyone" will hear about it. To quote Dr Phil "When momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy!" I expect to have a long and positive relationship with Medved.
