awful experience

oni brought my car in for a mandatory safety recall. they had set the expectation numerous times during initial scheduling and when i dropped the vehicle off that it would take 3 hours. i waited 5 hours and called. they told me they'd need another 2-3 hours. this would have been fine if they would have set proper expectations but because they didn't, i ended up having to call into work. they didn't ask much as apologize for keeping my car triple the time they quoted.
